RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At SYNDROME, we take pride in the quality of our pieces. Please review the following policy carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Processing Time

  • Once approved, please allow 7–14 business days for return or exchange requests to be processed after the item has been received and inspected.

  • Customers will be notified via email once processing is complete.

Shipping & Fees

  • All return and exchange shipping costs, including duties and handling fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces

  • Worn, altered, or damaged items

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at SYNDROME’s discretion.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at SYNDROME’s discretion.

  • Refunds exclude shipping, handling, and any applicable duties or taxes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Right to Refuse

SYNDROME reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
