Terms of service

Refunds will only be accepted for items that are in new condition free from damages by the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging for it to be accepted. 

Returns and exchanges must be processed within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please allow 7-14 business days to process return requests. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
